QBEX was honoured to support Sarcoma Walk 2026, organised by Orthopaedic Oncology HPP Penang at Straits Quay, Penang, by providing a complete outdoor event setup for this meaningful community awareness programme.

Our scope of work included Arabic canopy tent rental, custom event backdrop, registration counter setup, tables and chairs, air coolers, electrical supply, and on-site installation, creating a comfortable and organised environment for participants throughout the event.

Designed for both functionality and visual impact, the setup offered a welcoming registration area while ensuring guests remained comfortable in the outdoor venue. Every element was carefully planned and installed by our experienced team to support a smooth and successful event experience.
