Event Setup at Arena Sukan Azman Hashim, USM
QBEX was pleased to provide event setup and equipment support for Kelohan Anak Dara @ PSSCM IPT & Jemputan Kali Ke-11, held at Arena Sukan Azman Hashim, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang.
For this large-scale indoor event, our team transformed the sports arena into a well-organised and functional event space, providing a combination of partition systems, seating arrangements, queue management equipment, portable air coolers, stage setup and other event facilities.
One of the key elements of this project was our modular partition system, which was used extensively to create enclosed and separated areas within the venue. The flexible system allowed the large open hall to be divided according to the organiser’s operational requirements while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
We also supplied hundreds of chairs, queue poles with retractable belts for crowd and access management, as well as multiple portable air coolers positioned throughout the venue to improve comfort for participants and guests.
From space planning and temporary partitioning to furniture and event equipment rental, QBEX provides practical solutions that can be adapted to venues of different sizes and layouts.
