QBEX Solution was proud to support the successful execution of the Gen Alpha Preschool Coloring Contest held at AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam, creating a vibrant and engaging event environment for young participants and their families. Designed around the exciting theme of “Adél and The Dino Surprise”, the event transformed the mall concourse into an interactive stage where creativity and imagination came to life.

Our team provided a complete event setup, including a customized stage backdrop, modular stage platform with staircase access, professional sound system, audience seating arrangement, table and chair setup for contestants, VIP seating with chair decorations, crowd control barriers, and technical support throughout the event. Character standees and themed decorations were incorporated to enhance the overall experience and complement the contest branding.

The well-organized layout ensured comfort for participants while providing clear visibility for parents and spectators. The professional sound system supported announcements, prize presentations, and stage activities, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable programme flow from start to finish.
